1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and six6e ("six6e", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the six6e online gaming platform available at https://six6e.com and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the six6e Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the six6e Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. six6e operates a strict 18+ policy. Creating an account while under the age of 18 is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering with six6e.
• You must be acting as an individual and not on behalf of a corporate entity for gaming purposes.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of six6e or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling service, including six6e's own self-exclusion programme.

six6e reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access the gaming features of the six6e Platform, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances voided.
• Accurate information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account verification (KYC). six6e may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification.
• Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. six6e will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable precautions.

4. Account Security

You must keep your six6e login credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent six6e customer support.

six6e will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to six6e immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact six6e support immediately at [email protected]. six6e will suspend the account and initiate a security review upon receiving such a report.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the six6e Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposit methods. six6e accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposit processing. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your six6e balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to process.
• Withdrawal eligibility. Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only. Funds may not be withdrawn until any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied.
• Withdrawal processing. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes. six6e does not guarantee processing times and reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests.
• Payment to originating method. six6e reserves the right to return funds to the payment method used for the original deposit as a security and anti-money laundering measure.
• No third-party payments. You may not deposit funds from a payment account that is not registered in your name, nor request a withdrawal to a third-party account.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the six6e Platform are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are available within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the six6e system. A bet is not valid until a bet reference number is issued.
• six6e reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were published with an error, including incorrect odds or market descriptions.
• For live betting markets, bets accepted after the official result of a market has been determined will be voided.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. Applicable limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• six6e reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account at any time, at its sole discretion, without stating a reason.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

six6e may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional rewards to eligible users. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in specific offer terms:

• Bonus offers are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
• six6e reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be removed from the affected accounts.
• Any attempt to exploit promotions through hedging, arbitrage, or any other strategy that six6e deems abusive may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the six6e Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain credits or advantages not intended by six6e.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity (money laundering).
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing another person to operate your account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the six6e Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, logos, graphics, text, and data, is the exclusive property of six6e or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from six6e.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6e and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, even if six6e has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or events outside six6e's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, or acts of government.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits six6e's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Responsible Gaming

six6e is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools for all account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts through your account settings.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your six6e account and block future re-registration. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and are irreversible for the duration requested.
• Reality checks: Configure session time reminders to monitor your playing time.

Users who believe they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to seek assistance from professional responsible gaming resources. six6e enforces an absolute minimum age of 18 years and will close any account found to be operated by an underage individual.

12. Privacy

six6e collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

six6e will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations under which six6e holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the jurisdiction specified in six6e's licensing agreement.

Users acknowledge that it is their responsibility to comply with all applicable local laws regarding online gaming in their jurisdiction, including any laws in force in Pakistan or any specific province or territory where they reside.

14. Amendments to These Terms

six6e reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, six6e will provide reasonable notice through the Platform or via email to the registered address on your account.

Your continued use of the six6e Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.
